-Transformation Office (TRO) Establishment Project Lead: worked as TRO Manager & responsible for all Wilayah General Commission’s Strategy Execution related issues by establishing the Transformation office that aids in the creation process & specifies all the necessary components that build up the office, assist office team to execute their mandate in effective and timely manner, and run the office to ensure all items are identified & aligned in the establishment phase.
-Led the project (Deployment the performance Management Concept) by adapting KPI’s Project Mgmt. & Measurement for the Commission Strategy from planning side up to Execution level using KPI’s Taxonomy represented by Licensed BI Tools through distributed Departments to mapped, aligned the Strategy, and assure Goals are Measured and Performed Well Dynamically
-Led ICT Strategy Formulation: Worked hardly in ICT Strategy Planning hand by hand with National Commercial Bank (Technical Strategy Team) to align Business Strategy considering Digital Transformation and Enterprise Performance Management.
-Built a Governance Model in agile and robust mode to Oversight Transformation & apply right Policies, Procedures & Standards to ensure an Optimum Capacity along with Principles Templates.
-E-Services launching Program: which considered all E-Services Connectivity with all related External & Internal Stakeholders (governmental & private sectors) from Infrastructure side passing through business processes to services integration. This project added lots to me in understanding of challenging in Business Alignment, Communications & Data Strategy & Data Exchange.
- Built ICT Objectives & Strategies aligning with business strategies with a concept of PPM (Project Portfolio Management).

Worked in Governmental Sector as Project Manager in Change Mgmt. responsible for Planning, Designing & Implement IT sys. Data Center environment, as well as Managing to Implement & monitor agreed strategies in regards with disaster recovery & high availability. Strongly participate in preparing&evaluating Technical RFP's, suggest technologies which would enhance the whole systems. Policies and Standards are applied and good contributor in assist annual IT auditing activities.

business side.
* Prepare & supervise ICT Expansion Strategy for Ministry of Interior - (Information &

* King Khalid International Airport Wi-Fi Coverage: Worked as ZAIN PMO Manager responsible
on Corporate, and Technical side. Build a full Implementation Plan (PIP), Generating Weekly
Reports for the Project Status, Communicating with Stakeholders inside King Khalid Airport
(Planning, Operation), Closing and HO the Project to Managed Services.
