1. Conduct detailed analysis as per business needs.
2. Prepare and present Key Performance Indicators.
3. Prepare budgets and periodic forecasts.
4. Perform resource efficiency analysis.
5. Carry out cost saving analysis and provide recommendations.
6. Analyze Advertising and Promotion and other key expenses.
7. Prepare and update financial and/or managerial reports.
8. Update the BU’s Master Data File.
9. Provide data on day to day issues to operations, logistics & operational excellence

Financial Management for Real Estate Departement

10. Assisting the Financial Reporting Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial Statements for KDD Group.
11. Analyzing monthly financial results, and preparing summary reviews for this purpose.
12. Respond to and assist on management, auditors, and other parties’ ad-hoc requests and projects.
13. Undergo profitability analysis based on company, location, and product type.
14. Compare financial results to peer companies and industry.
15. Communicate and discuss with other departments a summary of their monthly activities and its financial implications.
16. Assisting the budgeting team in creating the yearly budget.
17. Creating, reviewing, & updating budget templates.
18. Review budget against actual results for each period

• Supporting the Strategic Planning Director in reviewing and consolidating strategic business plans produced by corporate entities and in formulating the Strategic Business Plan of the entire TSC organization.
• Supporting the Strategic Planning Director in analyzing the financial feasibility and attractiveness of opportunities for new business ventures.
