5- Ensure compliance with Group systems, process and procedures.
6- Lead and manage the delivery of a high quality Project.
7- Ensure program management for timely completion of projects.

PMP - Projects Manager

 Provide leadership, organization and coordination to support a PMO’s key activities such as Projects planning, Authority and project management.
 Ensure all projects administered by the PMO adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for program and project management.
 Manage change and support the continuous improvement of project management related processes.
 Control the organization standard program and project management processes.
 Handle all aspects of project planning, requirements gathering, scheduling and work planning, communications, issue resolution, cost tracking, financial reporting and change management.
 Ensuring delivered projects meet design specifications and quality standards and get completed in a timely manner.
 Supervise project costs and ensure finances are well managed, monitor profit, cost and balance sheets for all PMO-managed efforts and process invoices in an efficient and timely manner.
 Report costs to stakeholders and also prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to support the implementation of projects.
 Participate to set new organized PMO processes that assuring proper project management and support the organization goals.
 Set the department short and long term goals and budget that support the organization goals.
 Set the Project Managers annual objectives that support the department goals.
 Evaluate the Department staff performance as per the annual objectives.

1. Program Manager for Eastern Region Electrical Projects which covers all Electrical Substations, Overhead Transmission lines, Underground transmission lines, Electrical Distribution Networks or any other electrical projects. This include:
 Construction of 115/13.8 KV Substation (Dammam 2nd Industrial City).
 Construction of 115 KV Underground Transmission line (Dammam 2nd Industrial City).
 Prepare Tendering document for 380/115/13.8 KV Substation Construction.
2. Participate in the application and improvement of new PMO standards based on PMI methodology.

1. AMR (Automatic Metering Reading System) Multi-Projects Manager.(Customers are SEC Transmission, AUVA, AREVA - ALOSTOM, Siemens and Larsen & Toubro)

2. AMR/AMM (Automatic Meter Reading Management System) 60k Meters Project Manager.(Customer SEC Distribution)

3.  Managing above projects includes but NOT limited to:

o Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
o Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
o Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
o Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
o Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
o Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
o Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
o Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
o Track project milestones and deliverables.
o Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
o Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
o Manages project budget.
o Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
o Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
o Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
o Holds regular status meetings with project team.
o Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
o Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.
o Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.

Leading ADDAD’s (ADDAD is the digital meter designed and manufactured by AEC) Test Engineering team to: Build the proposals, schedule the project life time activities, monitor the test budget and monitor all test operations.
Support Panther Radio Production (RF military Radio) and participate in upgrading old test stations.
Responsible for the Test Data Collection module under the ERP system.
Responsible for test proposals development and evaluation of TDP (Technical Data Packages).
One of Test Engineering Test Program Sets (TPSs) Development Team.
Design and develop full automated test solution (Hardware & Software) for ADDAD using National Instruments LABVIEW.
Responsible for all test operations of ROVIS (Military Communication System, production Program).
Responsible for the implementation and development of test equipment and software to support some production test requirements for manufactured products.
Responsible for develop and maintain test procedures required to support production test operations, on assigned programs (ADDAD, ROVIS & AMR Network Cabinets).
Responsible for Validate Test Program Sets (TPSs) obtained from outside suppliers, for compliance with the product test specification.
Responsible for providing appropriate and accurate instruction to repair defective assembly.
Responsible for providing product specific training and guidance to test operators and technicians as required.
Responsible for familiarization with Military and Commercial standards for environmental tests.
Responsible for monitor and analyze product test yields and suggest appropriate action to improve test yields.
Responsible for assistance in maintenance of Functional, In-circuit or System test equipment.

Responsible for monitoring the maintenance activities for some of High Voltage Transmission Lines network.
Supervising some maintenance activities such as Insulators coating, HV line.
Witnessing new HV lines building to assure standards are applied.

Responsible for Scheduling and Monitoring all the maintenance activities (Preventive & corrective) in the site.
Leading more than 50 technician to perform all the maintenance activities.
Responsible to assure that no equipment failure during the opining time for public.

Responsible for Scheduling and Monitoring all the maintenance activities (Preventive & corrective) in the site.
Participate in the presales communication and the design phase for Medium Voltage products.
Participate in the Medium Voltage production line..
Participate with ABB-Automation.
