• Develop and implement security and Safety policies, protocols and procedures
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses

• Monitors and reviews current security plans and associated documents in location and advises of any requirements to update’ to cover the final element of any strategic planning model.
• Interface with contract guard forces to ensure a high standard of delivery.
• Interface with Project HSE Emergency Response staff to ensure seamless emergency response / management fit occurs.
• Responsible in developing and managing the Human Resource Department.

• Analyze cost alternatives and benefit options for providing employee benefits
