To look after the electrical and electronics/instrumentation department within the factory e.g. AC & DC Drives, AC & DC servo drives PLCs, sensors, actuators Analog control systems, etc.
Supervise & maintain the records of maintenance (Preventive, predictive and downtime).
Make changes in AC Drives, DC Drives, PLC programs to maximize the productivity.
Maintain the critical spares in order to minimize the downtime.
Try to Minimize the downtime to keep all the plants running
Analyze the repetitive faults and suggest some remedy to resolve them on permanent basis.
Perform all the maintenance activities in such a way so that the budget should not exceed the defined range.
Make a detailed report of downtime and budget consumed each month, quarterly and annually.
Keep record of all the changes that were done on each plant.
