Deal with all aspects of project & program management related to the mechanical scope of the project.
Supervise all field activities executed by prime contractor & subcontractors related to erection/installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning of equipment & machinery.
Monitor installation & alignment of rotating equipment and erection of static equipment by various vendors.
Supervise activities for preservation of plant equipment up to pre-commissioning/commissioning and handover to user departments.
