Following up for the delivery of the materials to the site and booking the GRN in the system as per the Delivery of the materials mentioned in the Delivery notes
Handling the petty cash . Making the weekly plans for the petty cash . issuing advance to the employees as per the managments approval.Preparing Cheque payment Vouchers, Monthly Bank reconciliations, Maintaining and reconciling Supplier's statements.Accounts receivables, Assisting Finance Manager in Making LC payments. Booking General Entries, Adjustment Entries

Preperation and presentation of Financial statement, Bank reconciliation statement, Monthly Budget, Making General entries, A/R, A/P, Reviewed and corrected Entries, Etc
