I recently managed the first ever mega Olympiad in my institute named MECFest’16. It was tough managing 42 different events in 4 days’ time period and with a lot of restrictions, including 2 social nights as well. It was really a great experience which really boosts up my courage in management field. It was tough, challenging but in the end we nailed it.
College life was disciplined and way of providing me my first arena for my interests. I've managed 2 events in my last year of college.
It was fun having schools like this, It was under my own father,but he managed his dignity and let us groom us on our own.
