Key Responsibilities:
• Played a strategic role in various ship repairs, Fabrication of projects including 2010 World Cup stadium.
• Operated appropriate equipment to weld and put together mechanical structures of the ship; interpreted blueprints, plan layout in order to install, maintain, and repair components with strong focus on maintaining operational quality and safety.
• Planned, developed, and coordinated the execution of quality policies/ procedures, and operations; monitored compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations, and appropriate QA/QC laws.
• Analyzed and interpreted quality benchmarks including process guidelines/ manuals for all welding, repairs, installation operations. Minutely inspected processes, tools, and equipment of the ship to verify compliance to pre-set quality standards.
• Prepared a variety of QA/ QC reports which include compilation of all technical data and regularly presented the same to senior management for tactical decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzed sketches and blue-prints for welding, fabrication, and spray painting operations; determined appropriate equipment and tool required and administered operations according to specifications with full assurance of safety.
• Set-up and installed large machines within stiff deadlines, conducted preliminary checks to ensure execution of quality work and instituted a risk-free environment by adhering to applicable health and safety guidelines.
• Presented vital inputs and offered technical assistance to team members, compared activities concerned with layout and design and ensured adherence to general project time plan.

• Key Projects include: De Beers Grand Banks/ Pride Angola/ Bluewater’s Glassdour FPSO, and maintenance team as Petro SA.
• Interpreted master plans/ blueprints and identified sources to avail these equipment, organized, selected and inspected these aiding tools like supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, verified pipe sizes in tune with the piping plans.
• Read measurements to plan layout and procedures - set-up, operate, and maintained welding equipment while ensured personal safety by wearing specialized goggles, helmets and gloves.
• Coached and mentored team members, developed work schedules, performed inspections as per set-standards and ascertained all activities are in sync with prescribed quality control standards.
