- Lead & supervise maintenance staff to ensure that all corrective and preventive maintenance of the facility is performed in compliance with national & international standards.
- Installation, Commissioning & O&M of all ELV Systems including Fire Alarm & Fire Suppression System, CCTV & Access Control System, Audio-Visual & Public Address System, Thermal Imaging Equipment, BMS Integration & related BAS.
- Oversee installation, commissioning & upgrade of new & existing facility assets.
- Preparation of project feasibility reports, BOQ’s, costs estimations and project timelines.
- Analyze shortcomings in working practices & recommend improvements to the management.
- Compile & prepare periodic performance & status reports of facility assets.
- Develop contingency plans, maintenance plans & related documentation.
- Apply effective diagnostic techniques to identify & rectify faults minimizing asset downtime.
- Ensure implementation of HSE Systems & Standard Operating Procedures in the workplace.
- Liaise with subcontractors, clients & other stake holders for new & up-gradation projects.

- Troubleshooting & rectification of the facility fire alarm system spread over 60 buildings consisting of 23 addressable fire alarm panels interlinked in a single fiber optic loop.
- Commissioning of volumetric offset controllers for air venturi valves & fume hoods in research laboratories of the facility.
- Commissioning of fire suppression system for more than 50 critical rooms inside the facility.
- Troubleshooting, rectification & overhauling of the CCTV system comprising of over 500 IP & analogue cameras.
- Installation and commissioning of over 200 smoke ventilation window actuators and panels along with their interfacing to the fire alarm system.
- Installation and commissioning of more than 150 access control doors and their integration with the facility access control & fire alarm system.
- Commissioning of over 100 audio visual systems in classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms & auditoriums.

- Prepare corrective & preventive maintenance plans, maintenance checklists of various equipment at the facility related to all (MEP) mechanical, electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance of facility MEP & HVAC assets along with calibration of instruments.
- Prepare & organize maintenance & calibration documents for compliance to regulatory standards of internal & external auditors.
- Perform IQ, OQ, PQ & SAT of all critical facility assets and prepare related documentation.

- Prepare sales quotations, project documentation including project schedules, Gantt chart, mobilization plans, progress reports, commissioning reports & project completion reports.
- Installation & commissioning of projects for plant instrumentation including DP Transmitters, flow rate totalizers and valve automation using programmable actuators.

• Worked on Invensys Foxboro Distributed Control System (DCS)
• Studied Triconex, Seimens, Proface, Allen Bradley Programmable Logic
Controller (PLC) for ESD.
• Studied Power Generation of 36MW through two Gas Turbines. (Mark 2 & Mark 5 System)
• Worked on and studied field Instrumentation working principles like
Transmitters, E/P convertors, Switches, Solenoid Operated Valves (SOVs)
• Worked on Pressure, Temperature, Level & Flow Measurement Instruments.
• Studied Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) of Fauji Fertilizer Company, Goth Machi.
• Worked on Speed Probes, Vibration probes, Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) & Bently Nevada 3500 Vibration Monitoring System.
