• This was the pilot B2B sales project for UK/European region handed over to me to reach out to dormant accounts as well as prospects to reinstate the business as well as onboard new customers.
• Worked on Public sector Tender portals for UK Region and searched for opportunities and responded, which pertains to their IT infrastructure.
• Worked on Public sector frameworks as well.
• Reviewing the Tender documents and worked effectively to fulfil their Hardware & Software opportunities as per their requirements.
• Worked with World's leading Manufacturers & Publishers e.g. Apple, Lenovo, HP, Dell, Microsoft and many more closely to get the best possible deals for public sector customers as well as for SMB clients.
• Worked on MultiQuote Tender portal to hunt for the opportunities, to respond and fulfil the UK Public sector clients.
• Worked as a 1 st point of contact for Zones MEA (Zones UK Ltd) Middle East entity for a major client Microsoft on their hardware requirements for their remote users in United Arab Emirates/Saudi Arabia/Egypt/Lebanon
• Overlooking the stock of our warehouse in Dubai, UAE and manage the shipment dispatch process through our IOR from Free Zone to Mainland Dubai as well as across the border to Microsoft regional office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Sourced products from our in-country suppliers in Egypt & Lebanon for Microsoft's remote users in their specific regions.
• Overlooked the delivery process with our IOR in Saudi Arabia who handles our shipment clearance process from Riyadh airport customs and deliver to Microsoft Regional office.
• Handled the invoicing process for all Microsoft shipments and coordinate with Finance Team to complete the customer billing in timely manner.
• Started this pilot Sales project with a single resource and grew up with a team of 8 resources working effectively on multiple customers and achieving their goals in an efficient manner.
• Maintained positive, professional working environment to optimise staff and customer satisfaction.
