• Responsible for networking, installation and maintenance services.
• Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
• Travelling to other General Post Offices to help with installs, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Training General Post Office staff and other’s IT Support Engineers deployed at different Pakistan Post sites.
• Applying patches in accordance with company procedures.
• Backup and restore (if required) SQL database on daily basis.
