• Proactively managing the supply chain process of the Alshaya Hospitality Division across MENA region, ensuring optimal
route to market from farm to fork of products are followed.
• Efficiently sourcing high quality and sustainable products which adheres to internal FSQA and brand requirements
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and collaborated with them to obtain the best product at the best price.

Effectively onboard new suppliers, assess relevant shipping, payment and contract terms and work with related teams
to setup purchasing and moving goods from supplier.
• Implement foolproof techniques for procurement and contract renewal process, including inviting tenders, volume
optimization, and meticulously reviewing quotations to achieve the target pricing
• Take charge of establishing and coordinating the logistics of delivery schedules, and proactively resolving any issues with
brands and suppliers to maintain seamless operations and avoid availability issues.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments with potential suppliers, their products, evaluate supply and market dynamics, and
assess forecasts, scenarios, and reports to support decision making
• Provided regular reports on supply chain performance to senior management, highlighting key areas for improvement.
-Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.
- Prepare shipping quotes for brands.
- Negotiate shipping fees with freight forwarders.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly shipping reports for senior management.
- Keep a meticulous record of shipment information and provide when necessary.
- Create PO and record in company TMS for all shipments
- Ensure right stakeholder is billed for shipments and revert charges accordingly
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments to delivery location by constant tracking of shipments
- Ensure all documents moved with shipments are in compliance with local and international requirements and communicate with respective stakeholders to amend them if necessary
- Ensure to submit all correct documents to avoid demurrage
Overseeing ordering, receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
Maintain and improve the company’s supply chain strategy
Assist and work with procurement manager to negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing with designated vendors.
Analyze data and KPIs from purchasing to delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
Implementing operational policies and procedures in warehousing and logistics
Educating staff on effective and safe use of warehouse equipment and systems.
Ensuring safety of staff and motivating and improving productivity of staff.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement manager in order to place orders.
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking with stock movement in order to reduce costs.
Tracking location of fleet vehicles and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor historical trends and forecast upcoming levels of demand and prepare fleets as per requirement.
