• Studying and understanding Project Documents (Scope of Work, Schedule “B, ” Schedule “C” and Drawings).
• Creation of Work Break down Structure.
• To prepare detail L-2, L-3 schedules using software packages such as primavera and rigorous monitoring of project implementation. The major activities required to be performed are preparation of master schedule alignment of functional schedule for engineering, procurement and construction with overall schedule, data collection for scheduling, develop network logic, actual vs schedule progress, forecasting, trend analysis resource planning.
• Planning, Scheduling, and preparing Time schedules on Primavera P6 as per Project Scope of Work, Contractual milestones & best practices.
• Finalizing the Schedule after coordinating with the Project Team.
• Perform Critical path Analysis.
• Creating S-Curve (Design Procurement & Construction) & Manpower Histogram.
• Maintaining the Baseline Time Schedule after receiving Approval from the client.
• Monitoring the complete Site Work by coordinating with the respective team Client.
• Delivering Weekly/Bi-Weekly and monthly reports by tracking the completion of the project cycle.
• Coordinating with vendors/suppliers to get the manufacturing status of significant equipment.
• Reporting to the Project Manager in case of any slippage/variance & submitting corrective action to the client.
• Co-ordinate with various departments, Sub contractors and client for project deliverables.
• Attending internal management & client meetings.
• To identify the critical path & risks of the project and advice the project team accordingly.
• Maintaining proper& smooth communication with the project team to meet goals.
• Assessing Performance Analysis, Delay Analysis& Forecast Analysis
• Monitoring of design, procurement and construction works and comparing with baseline time schedule to check for plan vs actual variance.
• Analyzing the man power and equipment availability on site as per plan.
• Gain proficiency in understanding and interpreting project documents, including the Scope of Work, Schedule “B, ” Schedule “C, ” and Drawings.
• Collaborate with the Planning Engineer to contribute to the development and upkeep of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Work closely with the Planning Engineer to assist in crafting detailed L-2, L- 3 schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Actively participate in tracking project progress by collecting and organizing scheduling data, providing valuable input for trend analysis.
• Under the guidance of the Planning Engineer, assist in identifying and understanding critical paths, contributing insights to mitigate potential risks.
• Aid in the development of visually impactful S-Curves and Manpower Histograms, collaborating to effectively communicate project dynamics.
• Contribute to the finalization of project schedules by actively coordinating with the project team and ensuring alignment with baseline timelines.
• Support communication channels between project teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring a seamless flow of information to achieve project objectives.
• Assist in the identification and assessment of project risks, actively participating in proposing viable corrective actions to address any schedule variances.
• Collaborate across various departments, subcontractors, and clients, facilitating coordination for timely project deliverables.
• Actively participate in internal management and client meetings, contributing observations and insights where applicable.
• Provide support in the analysis of performance metrics, delay analysis, and forecast analysis under the guidance of the Planning Engineer.
• Assist in real-time monitoring of design, procurement, and construction activities, offering valuable input to compare against the baseline schedule.
• Support in analyzing on-site manpower and equipment availability, contributing to resource planning decisions.
• Supervised day-to-day construction activities for C+S+9 residential towers. Managed construction teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient coordination.
• Enforced compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures. Conducted regular inspections to identify and rectify construction defects. Oversaw procurement, delivery, and on-site storage of construction materials.
• Managed construction equipment utilization and maintenance.
• Monitored project costs, reported deviations, and proposed cost-effective solutions.
• Contributed to efficient resource use to stay within budget.
