Processing of purchase orders for goods and services. Request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI.
Reporting of daily production report to the authority. Generating the Invoices and Gate passes. Coordinate and oversee the monthly cycle counts of various inventories within departments & coordinate with other departments as and when required.
Arranging logistics through transport companies. Arranging, loading and delivering the orders on daily basis. Planning of delivery routes on daily basis.
Research evaluation of potential vendors and suppliers. Receiving and Shipping of goods (FIFO method). Maintaining the temperature (reefer, freezer and ambient). In-charge of stock, monthly stock closing report and stock reconciliation. Handling the RTVs (good, damages and expiry) and generating credit notes. Develop maintain and distribute inventory reports for review.
Investigate, Identify and reconcile the cycle discrepancies. If any. Like Shortages as well as overages. Sharing discrepancy report of employees on a weekly basis.
Audit the data of production batches and take corrective action with reporting to the management.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

In-warding the vehicles received from the Manufacturing Company into SAP.
Punching Orders of the vehicles in Dealer Management System based on Orders from Dealers and furnishing the Purchase Order numbers to them.

Looking after the receipt of payments as per Dealer’s Invoice.
Handling of inter - departmental communication through mails.
Maintaining the stock of vehicles at depot in SAP and communicating the same to Manufacturers.
Submitting the Daily / Monthly sales report of vehicles as per Manufacturers requirement.
