•Properly checking my shift flights roster.
•Plan, organize handling critical proceedings through liaisons with station Managers / Reps, other airlines, Airport Authorities and internal departments permissible to secure prior Arrangements to effectively deal with situations.
•Plan the cargo as per priorities.
•Try to take maximum cargo to full fit each flight without loosing space on aircraft.
•Analyze the timing of inbound transit and short connecting time cargo.
•Make necessary arrangements for valuable, vulnerable, perishable, time and temperature control cargo.
•Arrange necessary equipment for cars, animals, heavy and large cargo loading.
•Brief supervisors, duty officers and warehouse agents for loading plan of all flights.
•Correspond to inbound emergency, inquiry calls and emails from duty managers, line managers and QR sales and operation staff during operation.
•Liaise with client airlines, their subsidiaries and other related officials.
•Properly monitor buildup operation in progress, time to time pushing the warehouse staff to finalize each flight’s operation prior to cut off time.
•Keeping QR operations up to date and informed on time to time changes and advancement in operation in order them to convey clear report to higher management.
•Time to time coordinate with import supervisors for early and in time clearance of transit cargo.
•Try to Ensure effective implementation of service quality standards regarding cargo handling, Operational procedures within the area of jurisdiction.
•Make a detailed shift report for the Line Managers and Senior Manager Cargo at the end of the shift.
•Daily Maintenance of operational KPI'S report.
•Make Duty roster at the end of the month.
