•Disciplinary Management System - This software is developed for HR department to manage the disciplinary actions and notes for an employee. It assists to choosing the disciplinary actions and recommends actions based on case information. It helps to analysis of the employee's disciplinary track record. Warnings given to employees. Generation of warning letters. Developed on MVC 4 and Visual Studio 4.5 as front end and SQL Server 2008 as backend.
•Vehicle Management System - VMS software provides a complete solution for Admin department to maintain the vehicles status for maximum efficiency.
It keeps the track of Vehicles assignment to the employee, Activity, Renewal, Fine Status and also it has option to transfer the vehicle to another location. Developed on MVC 4 and Visual Studio 4.5 as front end and SQL Server 2008 as backend.
•Inventory Management System: it is designed to maintain stock of all the projects and central warehouse. Process start once the Purchase order approved in JDE, Provide an interface to import JDE POS in system.
•Point of Sales (IMS): Provide an interaction between Chef and store. While preparing food chef require items from store so he personally visit and request item from store keeper who issue item and record in the system. In order to calculate Amount use AUP. •Expense Management System - Every petty cashier at site or HO authorized to hold cash impreset. Cash given to sub cashier as a temporary advance has to acknowledge in the system. Every cashier will print Cash claim form from the system after passing through all validations. While Cash claim forms are signed manually, the same has to be acknowledged in the system in order to take it to the next approving level based on approval workflow. Inquiry screen and reports will be developed to view for example, Running cash on hand, cash utilizations, nature of spending, monitor status of cash claim form within the authority matrix, open cash claims not submitted for closing books and booking provisions, nature of temporary advances, etc. (https://itam.aje.ae/ems)
