Responsibilities:-
- working with clients to define the scope of a project;
- planning timescales and the resources needed;
- clarifying client’s system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business;
-liaising with staff at all levels of the organization;
-defining software, hardware and network requirements;
- analyzing IT requirements within companies and giving independent and objective advice on the use of IT;
- developing agreed solutions and implementing new systems;
- presenting solutions in written or oral reports;
- helping clients with change-management activities;
- designing, testing, installing and monitoring new systems;
- preparing documentation and presenting progress reports
- organizing training for users;
Responsibilities:-
- Design and Implement Simple/Complex Infrastructure Solution.
- Provide Technical Support Consultancy, Implementation, Installation and Migration
- Lead Systems Engineering activities on small projects or lead activities for a major system component on medium-to-large projects.
- Provide Technical Support to the Customer
- Builds teamwork and manages effective team collaboration
- Ability to meet the mission critical targets as per schedules.
- Builds strong relationships with the customer and key stakeholders. Keeps stakeholders informed on project status as it relates to their mission, vision, strategy, objectives, and interests.

Responsibilities:-
- Design/implement complex local and wide-area networks of machines.
- Working under general direction from senior management.
- Establish/recommend policies on system use and services.
- Providing technical lead, Supervising System Administrators.
- Managing AFI LAN, WAN, Lotus Dominos and Infrastructure.
Responsibilities: -
- Taking Care of Abdulla Fouad Holding Co. Domains, based on windows 2003 Active Directory environment, Spread Country wide with Parent Child Domain Topology. (DAMMAM, JEDDAH, RIYADH, AF IMPLLOY & NABHA RUBBER FACTORY etc)
- handling a group of at least 40 people working Country wide to provide Desktop Support and daily maintenance of the system.
- Administering & Maintaining Linux Firewall for incoming and Outgoing Traffic.
- Administering & Maintaining Linux Squid Proxy Server for Internet Sharing.
- Administering & Maintaining DNS, WINS, DHCP PRINT Servers.
- Administering & Maintaining Abdulla Fouad Exchange2003 Serve s.
(DAMMAM, JEDDAH, RIYADH, AF IMPLLOY & NABHA RUBBER FACTORY etc)
- Perform traffic monitoring using Linux based MRTGs and OpManager.
- Perform File Server Backup and System Backups for Complete Disaster Recovery
- Administering & Maintaining Symantec Antivirus Enterprise Server.
- Abdulla Fouad Corporate Email Maintenance.
- Perform Patching and System Updates as required.
- Perform Cisco VLAN Management based purely on Cisco Managed Switches
