Job Responsibilities

"ASST.EXPORT MANAGER" (Star Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.)

 Handling Export of Human Health Care Division.
 Handling Export of Veterinary & Poultry Health Care Division
 Managing sales and marketing activities of Human, Veterinary & Poultry Medicines.
 Registration of Human, Veterinary & Poultry medicines in foreign countries.
 Renewal of registered products.
 Development of business by searching new parties.
 Arrange meeting for the sake of development quarterly.
 Arrange meeting for setting up the sale target for next year.
 Direct approach with the management of the company (CEO.MD & CHAIRMAN)
 Correspondence with Foreign Agents.
 Negotiating with Agents on payment terms, like L/C, , advance payment etc.
 Handling Export Orders.
 Preparation of the Shipment Documents.
 Issuance of No Objection Certificate from DRAP.
 Issuance of Certificate of Origin from Chamber of Commerce.
 Issuance of CPP (Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product) & FSC (Free Sale Certificate) from DRAP.
 Dealing with the Bank about the shipment documents, L/C., E-form etc.
 Dealing with freight forwarder for the execution of the shipments.
 Handling and execution of international couriers
 Called foreign officials for our site inspection
 Invite International clients for Annual meetings
 Arranging participation as an exhibitor in International Expo’s
