• Ensure timely processing of salary along with proper updation of other payroll changes which include addition and separation of employees, revision of salaries & allowances, transfers and re-designations and leaves management.
• Develop/Compile and ensure timely provision of monthly HR Reports that summarizes HR activities and portrays different HR trends and also make recommendations for management review and necessary actions.

Recruitment & Selection
Coordination with concern department regarding Human Resources needs, Analysing the manpower requirement and providing suggestion regarding salary, specifications and estimates time to fill
Develop the attractive Job ad and float in to selected channels
