Formulation, implementation and supervision of Performance Appraisal program of the company.
Developing, implementation and Re-engineering of H.R policies in the area of compensation & benefits.
Re-Engineering BEAMS (Beaconhouse Enterprises Application Management System) & enhancement of different Modules in all Functional areas of H.R and timely updating in reporting.
M.I.S reporting related to the Compensation & Benefits to Executive Committee.
