To manage a diverse global network of IT procurement and solutions suppliers with the objective of catering towards the IT related requirements of multinational corporations like WPP corporate group, MARS, Shell, Electronic Arts, Visa and IMS Health etc. These engagements include complete IT life cycle solutions - from sourcing and deployment through to disposal and technical service management.
With a customer base that covers major markets in the US, Europe and Asia pacific, the need to build, maintain and foster profitable relationships with international suppliers and manufactures is a common thread that runs through every aspect of the job.
Our Vendor Relations team at GlobalServe Inc has contributed tremendously towards the increase in revenues and betterment of overall services. As a result of the teams hard work, through constant trainings, rigorous implementations, feed back generating programs and the development of a number of flexible processes; Global-serve’s client base has expanded both in terms of new customers coming on board and old customers entrusting Global Serve (and our vendor network) with a greater responsibility of their technology matters.
