Projects: 1) 5 Buildings (R10, R17, R39, R46, R52 Plots) (2B+G+10F) - Al Erkyah - Lusail City 2) Residential Tower (RES-20) (2B+G+15F) - Al Kharaej District- Lusail City. 3) Shaik Nawaf Jassim J.M Al-Thani Palace (B+G+M+1F+PH) - Umm Salal Ali 4) Destination Box & Entertainment City (86 Outlets) - Duhail Stadium Parking Roles & Responsibility:  Reviewing the IFC & Shop drawings and execution of the site work accordingly.  Designing, Computing, Planning & Implementing for HVAC & Plumbing System.  Reviewing & Submitting the method statement for installation and maintenance of services as per project specifications  Work Execution as per the specification codes and standards of projects.  Raising the inspections for the installations & follow up to the consultant/client for the same & resolving the comments.  Preparing the schedules & target dates for the completions of work & coordinate with the subordinates for the same.
 Approaching and following for the authorities approvals with contractors, consultant and concerned authorities.  Coordination with the suppliers and specialist of equipments and performing the testing & commissioning.  Maintaining records for successful completion of the project completion and handing over to client.  Preparing preventive and corrective maintenance order plan and following up with supervisor and technicians.  Reviewing and monitoring the move order for spare parts required for the project.  Preparing SNAG list of all the services and following up for the completion with contractor.  Maintaining ASSET Registers and monitoring active / inactive / on hold resources.

Position : Mechanical Site Engineer Duration: January 2015 to January 2016 Projects : 1) Qatar Fuel (Woqod P.S), Old Al Ghanem 2) Sheikha Dhabiya Hessa Noora - AL Thani Palace (B+G+1), Al Wahab Roles & Responsibility:
 Reviewing all the Issued for construction design drawings of MEP.
 Supervising/instructing draftsman for preparing Shop Drawings of HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting.
 Preparing Material Submittals as per the project standards and requirements.
 Supervision on foremen, technicians and labours.
 Coordinating with other trade to solve site work issues.
 Allotting the work according to project work schedule.
 Preparing SNAG list and Handing over the project to client.
 Maintaining and rectifying trouble logs for VRF Units and Fire Fighting Pumps.
 Monitoring weekly/monthly preventive maintenance.

 Inspecting the site works as per approved drawings.
 Attending site visits to access the site condition.
 Preparing of Bill of Quantities and schedule of Equipments.
