Draft and negotiate relevant agreements (i.e. Subcontract, Services Agreement, Purchase Order) in coordination with the Subcontracts Manager.

Managing front to end contracting activities of Offshore & Marine industry involving Pre-Qualification exercises, Invitation to Tender (ITT) / Call for Tender (CFT), Tender evaluation and clarification, negotiation & contract preparation till award; Post award monitoring/administration.
Generating & managing all SAP entries to ensure all transactions, commitments & expenditures are duly captured & tracked.
Interpreting the contractual arrangement, obligations and supporting the contract holders in discussions related to variations, disputes or claims highlighting commercial / contractual issues.
