Reviewing applications, interviewing and assessing candidates and short-listing for interview according to the employer’s expressed criteria
Create & place job adverts for open vacancies
Recruiting across all industries
Screen, shortlist and analyze CVs according to job descriptions
Conduct preliminary and phone interviews
Schedule face to face interviews between candidates and representatives from the business units
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Coordinate interviews between Line Managers and Candidates
Negotiate salaries and contracts for candidates
Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Headhunt the candidates for challenging requirement
Business Development:
Account Management and Business Development activities for new and existing clients
Talk to the existing client often & generate business to the company
Administration of recruitment contracts with clients and vendors
Write proposal documents and tenders, negotiate fees and rates in-line with Company policy and comply with approvals and discounts allowed and Issue Terms of Business.
Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews
Update and maintain client and candidate information database and adhere to personal rules.
Attend meetings at the client place.
Manage the recruitment get the work done on the given time
Talk to the candidates & follow up with them regularly till the candidates join the organization

Establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.
Assists team members to ensure quality and accuracy of work
Maintains customers' accounts by recording and updating account information
Serves customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems
Identifies needs of each customer and recommends the appropriate products and services
Making necessary adjustments on account transactions
Accepts and processes payments through debit card and checking account information
Ensures that the company maintains good relationship with the customers
Consult with customers about their product or service needs or their wants.
Handling escalation calls to resolve customer issues and meet company standards.
Probing as to what they want and present what they feel they may need depending on their needs and wants.
Investigate what products and services the customer will need even if they may not know what they need.
Reports directly to the General Manager and Operations Manager;
Answer incoming calls and screening emails;
Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy and well presented;
Managing couriers and post for all staff;
Liaising with the Office Manager to assist with any other duties;
Provide efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support i.e. Making and sending inquiries, preparing quotations, follow up quotations, preparing Local Purchase Order, preparing Invoice, and preparing delivery note;
Coordinate with Production Managers for delivery and installation;
Efficiently handled multiple management tasks and supervised personnel;
Introduce work procedures which improved work efficiency;
Prepare submittals and prequalification as per Technical Engineer’s instruction
Keep records of important documents i.e. Legal documents & contracts with high confidentiality.
Teaching correct usage of the English language in oral and written communication;
Teaching English in grammar, reading, listening, speaking and Business English;
Educating students on proper spoken and written use of English to enhance their career options;
Teaching effective and retentive reading skills;
Establishing an environment that encourages students to learn, increases their interest in English;
Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises;
Helping/guiding students without doing the work for them
Conduct level test and encourage students to enrol in the institution.
