Major Responsibilities:
To oversee the processing plant operations and overall management.
To co-ordinate with the sales, purchase and finance departments to establish production plan in accordance with the sales forecast.
Establishing a supply network to support the requirements of processing plant, technical and logistic units.
To streamline all the technical department activities and maintenance service requirements of processing plants, cold stores and logistics department.
To set a sales target for the regional sales team, budgeting and following up on a regular basis.
Man power management and other government related activities pertaining to the region.
Preparing strategic plans, financial analysis and implementation of new projects etc.….
Major Responsibilities:
Establishing group’s operations in the Kingdom, and securing necessary approvals and licenses from the govt. authorities
Establishing seafood processing plant in Jazan and Dammam regions
Establishing a raw material supply network to support the requirements of the processing units.
Organization of specific processing activities, selection, recruitment, training and management of the processing and quality control teams.
Major Responsibilities:
Management, Co-ordination and control of 4 food processing plants of the company in Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah and Jazan in addition to Value Added Products plant in Dammam.
Supervising the implementation of ISO and HACCP programs throughout the company.
Upgrading the infrastructure facilities at various plants in order to optimize production output and minimize cost of production process.
Preparing yearly production plans based on Sales and Marketing targets and coordinating supply of inputs.
Coordinating the logistics and designing the distribution route from Shrimp farm to the company's outlets and stores kingdom wide.
Supervising the R&D activities to develop new consumer products, optimize outputs and improve quality standards.
To assess, select and recruit technical manpower and organize in-house training programs for quality upgradation.
Recruitment of local manpower and arranging skill development training program outside and in house on job practical training.
Responsible for the management of the company’s cold and dry stores at all branches.
Steering committee member, for the development of company’s policies and long term strategies.
As coordinator for implementation of BaaN system in the Company.
To develop and expand international export market for Value Added products.
To attended specialized international sea food trade shows.
