Nature of Work
•Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP (Mechanical, Plumbing & Drainage) works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.
•Co-ordination with MEP subcontractor both at site level and with subcontractors engineers.
•To be part of proactive Construction Site Team.
•Monitoring and reporting site progress and compliance with specification and drawings.
•Checking the shop drawings of HVAC sheet metal, Piping and Plumbing systems as per Client requirements
•Coordinating with
(2 ½ Years’ Experience). -MEP-3D experience includes CAD MEP, Revit MEP, CADDUCT/CAD MECH,
•CREATIONS at INDIA in Bangalore, Penya 2nd Stage
(2 ½ Years’ Experience).
as a designate in CAD Engineer in MEP Drafting and REVIT MEP modeling.
Nature of Work
•Specialized in routing of Sheet metal ducting, Piping and Plumbing with CAD MEP, Revit MEP, CADDUCT & CAD mep software’s.
•Revit MEP family creation.
•Detailed shop drawings of HVAC sheet metal, Piping and Plumbing systems as per Client requirements
•Preparation and Coordination & routing of MEP Services included Mechanical room.
•Plumbing design and drafting of Hospitals, schools and residential buildings with multi story using International Plumbing Code.
•Preparation of making Schedules
•Updated Coordination of Services
•Clash detection and resolving the clashes of MEP services using NAVISWORKS.
•Preparing spool fabrication drawings of mechanical rooms and chiller rooms.
•Preparing Plumbing Isometric drawings, Schedules, Sections, Equipment details.
•Creating 2D shop drawing and detailing of Plumbing, Piping and Sheet metal ducts etc. using Auto CAD with Preparing 2D shop drawings from the 3D coordinated model for each service individually along with sections, isometric riser diagram
•Preparing RFIs in professional manner for project related queries to clients.
•Create 2d and 3D models of various mechanical equipment’s.
