• Currently In-Charge in Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi as ADDC Approved Authorized Person for Medium Voltage 11/22KV switchgear Operation, Isolation and Maintenance.
• Perform Operation and Maintenance of Low Voltage switchboard, Medium Voltage Switchgear, DC Charger, Transformer and RMU up to 22KV.
• Perform modification on electrical switchgears to meet the customer / end user requirement.
• Provide reports on conclusion of testing and commissioning or maintenance activities, including advice on issues found and potential remedial actions.
• Participating in regular group meetings to discuss client issues, proposals, new opportunities, and marketing strategies.
• Ensure that during job execution all relevant standards are adhered in relation to Quality, Engineering, and OHS.
• Prepare testing and commissioning program with a clear understanding of services interfacing and critical path analysis.
• Perform site visit and review the customer enquiry and process it into a useful workable solution and submit a detailed response to the enquiry and response any subsequent request for clarification.

• Implement and develop maintenance incorporating principles of TPM, RCM and Kaizen principles and created improvement and strategies for maintenance personnel and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.
• Provide solutions and fixed equipment malfunctioning, control system faults, used root-cause failure techniques, corrective actions, modifications and performed replacement and/or new installation.
• Work with company vendors and supervised subcontractors during various maintenance projects to ensure proper completion of work performed at customer’s facility.
• Assign personnel and technical support teams to the plant requiring 24/7 maintenance.
• Utilize different reliability and testing strategies in plant to maintain and improve the operation profitability.
• Direct storage of equipment and assure safety measures were followed.
• Provide line maintenance and calibration, set-up and qualify tester and handlers for operation to meet customer needs and equipment specifications.
• Train and mentor process engineer and equipment technicians on effective equipment maintenance, process, and hardware functionality and troubleshooting.
• Work with parts vendor to develop effective parts replacement strategies designed to improve equipment productivity and minimize costs.
• Serve on special task force team working with various departments when major products defect is identified to develop and implement countermeasures.
• Analyze and implement effective processes for the improvement of quality and cost control measures.
• Zone leader in implementing EOHS and maintaining 5s to work in a safe and clean environment.
• Streamline the production based on planning to get uninterrupted output and to assist in achieving on time delivery.
• Improve the product quality by defect analysis in various stages of productions and to implement effective ideas by determining the root cause.
• Deliver quality controls and enhancements to proactively address problems and improved product quality, manufacturing flow, customer satisfaction and bottom-line result.
• Possess excellent communications skills and team oriented with proven leadership capabilities with proven ability to integrate out of the box thinking and problem-solving analysis to improve process, systems and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in performing reliability testing of new products, while setting up individual and team goals also possess capability of managing and retaining of resources under the management limits and instructions.
