Collaborating with the Director of Human Resources on the creation and execution of the Talent Development strategy to include organizational design, workforce planning, developmental areas, internal movement opportunities, career pathing, succession planning and retention strategies.
Facilitating the Performance Management and Talent Review processes.
In partnership with other members of the Leadership group, deploy processes to assess training and development needs and ensure implementation of initiatives to close identified gaps.
Overseeing the Objective Setting and Performance Appraisal Processes.
Providing counsel/guidance on delivering performance feedback and development plans.
Partner with the division’s executive team to understand business priorities and translate into integrated talent strategy to deliver and drive value for business partners.
Apply strategic workforce plan, succession planning, talent acquisition, professional/technical & leadership development and total rewards, to drive talent outcome.
Understand both internal and industry talent market and trends, use internal talent insights and build talent pipeline and organization capability.
Partner with stakeholder to design and facilitate talent programs and processes to drive succession and skill/capabilities.
Drive talent acquisition, both internally and externally, that align to strategic workforce planning and support future talent needs.
Prepare training budget for department
Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement
Conduct opinion surveys or needs assessments.
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Manage human resources activities.
Conduct employee training programs.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
Develop and maintain competency framework. Conduct skills/competency analysis within the current workforce; analyze and provide solutions to competency gaps; develop relationships and consult with internal clients to ensure that the current and future needs are being met.
Design and manage innovative leadership development initiatives and programs that support the strategic direction of the organization and align with leadership competencies; develop learning road maps for leaders at
all levels enterprise-wide.
Manage and engage in coaching relationships with leaders as part of leadership development programs such as the 360-assessment process which includes providing information, conducting training on interpreting results and providing coaching to associates.
Increase the capabilities of leaders within the organization by providing resources for development in order to build associate knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as ensure a qualified and ready pipeline of successors.
Align with and support organizational succession planning and performance processes. Identify development opportunities (i.e. stretch assignments/action learning assignments) to support the development of the organization’s high potential talent.
Meet with discipline leads to develop clear job descriptions and candidate profiles (behavioral fit and technical qualifications) for our open positions
Source candidates for all of our open positions through outbound channels
Monitor and filter in-bound job applications
Manage the full interview process, conduct screening calls, and coordinate interviews
Track all of our recruiting efforts and provide weekly reports to management
Take an active roles in identifying resourcing needs with discipline leads
Collaborate with management and our team to enhance our team’s marketing efforts, especially in highlighting career opportunities and what it’s like to work at Binzagr.
Conducts the needs assessment for training and staff development for enhancing the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into programme plans.
Planning the departmental Budget and tracking the expenses through the year.
Negotiating all training contracts with external vendors.
Consulting with the management heads on performance, organizational, and leadership aspects.
Implementing various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
Leading and facilitating employee engagement surveys and submitting results and solutions to the executive team.
Leading Performance Management program to drive a high performing culture in parallel to strategic objectives.
Facilitating the communication level among employees and management.
Coordinates function and activities of sales with active interaction with other related departments and clients.
Complies daily event orders, monthly sales forecast and weekly reports.
Ensure that event orders and menus are executed within the stipulated time frame.
Conduct site inspection and familiarisation for all walk-in and potential clients.
Conduct pre function meeting to ensure smooth transition of function prior to function date.
To be ‘hands-on’ in assisting the banquet staff or in the daily duties and operation
