DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
• Provide counselling to children who come to child friendly space at Save the Childern.
• Ensure a child-centered and child-friendly approach to working with beneficiaries (children, youth, parents and community members) to include: advocacy for children's rights, participation of children in programming, and the psychosocial development of children and youth
• Supervise the Child Protection animators in leading activities in the child support centers
• Monitor individual cases of vulnerable children in consultation with the animators, and ensure appropriate case management, follow-up and referral of vulnerable children and their families

Community Liaison Officer
• Ensure that HAI project activities in IDPcamps are implemented effectively and ensure that HAI assistant and services reach the targeted beneficiaries
• Ensure that CHWs and EWscollect and report information on older peoples living conditions primary concerns and immediate responses need with special attention to extremely vulnerable older people
• Ensure active participation of older peoples committee (OPC) members as will as older people themselves in implementation of project activities
• Support the work of and and build the capacity of EWs/CHWs\OPCmembers local patners and community based structures to enhance older people responses to their concerns and need.
• Assist EWs and CHWsin the distribution of assistant and in management of social centre activities including livelihood activities and live skills training
• Maintain strong links with community leaders and staff from other organizations and local government representatives
• Attend coordination meetingand provide written feedback as agreed with line manager with the line manager.
• Advocate /lobby and rise awareness on older people and their particular needs.
• Provide monthly activity progress report to the line manager
• Identify mechanisms to improve assistant and protection of vulnerable older IDPs and their carers by collecting and recording of case studies of extremely vulnerable (EVI) and design an appropriate action plan for discussion with the line manager.

To review assistant mechanisms to vulnerable older people (EVIs) with attention to development and strengthening of community based delivery mechanisms in support caretakers and dependents
• To insure participation of older peoples committee members (OPSC) and in planning, monitoring and evaluating activities and processes
• In collaboration with community liaison officers .older people committee member and partner organizations To plan /monitor /evaluate and supervise implementation and delivery of specific protection departments activities .with respect to the immediate needs and capabilities of older people.
• To contribute help age advocacy and networking efforts in support to international and national partner organizations and relevant government ministry staff in ELgeneina for examples by attending coordination meetings and support community liaison officers in their advocacy and networking effortsat camp level
• To assist in organization of the weekly meetings for help age project staff by providing technical support to support and develop acomprehensive response to promotion of older people rights .recognition of their primary concerns as will asolder people effective participation in core areas of help age programmes
