SIDA Livelihoods Project / Economic Recovery and Development - Akkar and North Lebanon
WASH and Food Security, Data Collecto within the emergency project for cash assistance during Covid19 pandemic and Beirut Blast 2020 in collaboration with International Labor Organization in North Lebanon and Beirut
• Contribute to the achievement of critical milestones, deliverables and objectives, such as increased work opportunities or internship possibilities for women and youth by connecting beneficiaries with potential employers.
• Generate and gather data for questionnaires, assessments, beneficiary attendance sheets, pre- and post-tests, and all other information required for weekly and monthly reporting.
• Opening and conducting livelihoods interviews and counselling files, developing personal projects.
• Leading the implementation of livelihood activities (life skills, vocational training, apprenticeship, cash assistance, food security, MSME, cash for work, PSS activities, coaching sessions for trainees, volunteers, assistants and trainers), maintaining good relationships with beneficiaries and local leaders,
• Conduct FGD, gather feedback, design monitoring and evaluations form for different services.
• Develop tools to improve case management services, assessments, monitoring and follow-up.
• Participation in coordination meetings, contributing to best practices workshops and working with logistics staff to prepare workshop and meeting.
• Contribute in the development of ToRs and curriculums for external consultants.
• Working with partners and technical focal points to guarantee staff and trainee assistance, capacity building, and training development.
• Providing field supervision of project activities to verify that the project is carried out in accordance with the intended activities, deliverables and objectives.
• Ensuring that work plans and budget predictions are submitted on schedule to the PMT.
