•Handling all maintenance related works / Projects (HVAC, MEP, FIRE )
•Monitoring & Scheduling the PPM works
•Handling and Resolving the maintenance related issues
•Conducting site surveys and estimating the price
•Meeting the clients, property managements for their enquiries & any maintenance issues.
•Dealing with the soft services providers / contractors.
•Conducting the site meetings with the technical teams
•Monitoring & Following up with the complaints registered.
•Advising & coordinating with the site supervisors and ensuring the quality of work.

First Gulf Technical L.L.C (FGT) is an engineering & contracting company dealing in all types of Electro Mechanical and General Maintenance works.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Dealing with all MEP and General Maintenance works for MUSANADA (Govt. Sector, Abu Dhabi), ADCP (Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties), ADCP - Al Ain, BUROOJ / MPM Properties (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), FIRST GULF PROPERTIES and other private organizations.
•Managing the projects
•Making site visits
•Making quotations
•Dealing with importing all types of Electro Mechanical equipments or products as per requirements
•Dealing with the clients for their queries & handling their complaints
•Dealing with Sub contractors for different works.
