I worked in Action in the said role, within this my duties included.
Assisting the Workshop manager in ensuring all planning for workshop activities as well as ensuring these are executed.
Structuring the workshop environment setting targets and goals for all employees with milestones for them to achieve in order to enable career progression.
Implementing the MCS System into the workshop environment ensuring that all areas of the workshop are covered.
Assisting and conducting in house training to individuals were applicable to ensure good team spirit.
Travelling to sites assisting the operations department with planning ensuring the correct equipment is selected for the correct application in order to maximize efficiency.
Ensuring all general day to day operations is carried out and all health and safety rules are used.
Working with different nationalities in a hazardous environment so ensuring correct communication channels are in place and understood.

within this role my duties include but are not limited to,
Planning the maintenance schedules for all existing company assets along with budgeting and building new assets as per the requirements of the business.
Ensuring all site services are completed, conducting in house training on companies, fleet to ensure safe operations at all times.
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in loading, unloading and transferring of equipment from the companies yards to the sites and vice versa.
Direct workers engaged in handling and storing objects in yard, as well as ensuring stock controlling is logged and recorded.
Ensuring all projects are completed in safe timely manner with competent persons and paperwork for invoicing is signed off.
Planning all equipment deliveries to the sites in a professional manner with required paperwork and certification to enable fluent continual operation.
Meeting with both clients and company project managers to ensure all new and existing contracts are being fulfilled as well as looking for continued improvements.
Planning personnel holidays to ensure all aspects of the business are covered in advance enabling the company to fulfill commitments to clients.
Working with multinational staff but at the same time ensuring all communications are clear and understood to maintain safe working practices.
Ensuring all of the, above are completed in accordance to the companies ISO & QHSE policies.
Conducting in house Audits ensuring the company policies are being followed.
Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met at all times.
Source suppliers setup accounts and control budgets for Capex purchases.

I worked at Balfour Beatty in the said Position, my duties included.
Working to set maintenance schedules for the companies civil, road rail on OTM fleet, this work was conducted both in the company’s various workshops across the country and onsite.
Working being part of a small team within this position I was also on the call out rosta and conducted work on emergency breakdowns across the UK.
Whilst in the position I was required to be very flexible in my approach due to the vast projects the company was involved in across the UK meaning I would be required to stop away from home and work various shift patterns in order to cover the client’s requirements.
I worked alone for periods of time around the country so maintaining clear contact with office personnel and sending reports and requests for spare parts was a key part of the position.
Due to the nature of the business and company policy I was audited every 6 weeks on my performance to ensure that I met all the criteria to work on safety critical equipment.
I have good Knowledge of repair of all plant items including water pumps high flow and high pressure and power packs, air compressors and generators and nitrogen pump units and membrane systems. I am also very familiar with all construction equipment excavator’s bull dozers and dumpers. Along with HGV vehicles.
I also know how to operate all the above items and have experience in doing this on sites as well as providing small training sessions for both internal new operators and external to clients providing details of the does and don’ts along with the correct way to install units to ensure safe and correct operation.
Whilst working for Rouge Pipeline services I have also been used very often as Project manager,
This involves working on various sites managing the activities of N2HE sensitive leak testing as well as Hydrotesting, within this role I prepare all documents IE method statements, procedures and all test reports as well as attending all site meetings with clients to ensure all work is completed as per the clients requirements.
Within this role I arrange the planning of manpower and equipment to ensure all is utilized to maintain efficiency and manage cost controlling.
