• Led contract negotiations for multiple vessels including Tankers, Ro-PAX, Dry Cargo, Diving Support
Vessel, and Crew Boats, totaling over half a billion dollars in project budget.
• Spearheaded the implementation of sustainable yard development initiatives leveraging AI, drone, and
non-human technologies, ensuring efficiency and environmental responsibility.
• Championed Shipyard involvement in green energy projects such as wind turbines and hydrogen,
establishing the Shipyard as a key partner in the national Green Energy Development Program.
• Established a systematic approach to continuously develop highly skilled professional engineers, primarily
sourced from local talent, addressing the challenge of limited human resources in the shipbuilding and
offshore industry.
• Established and led a Research & Development department, delivering optimal engineering solutions and
cost efficiencies for diverse projects.
• Oversaw the design and ongoing construction of the Patrol Vessel 5009 in collaboration with Damen,
strengthening international naval capabilities.
• Directed the development of advanced USV projects under the R&D team, including autonomous patrol
and attack-class vessels, pushing innovation in unmanned defense technologies.
• Lead high-level strategic planning, corporate governance, and oversight of complex shipbuilding
programs, ensuring full alignment with organizational objectives and operational excellence.
• Represent the Board in strategic negotiations with public authorities, private sector partners, and major
stakeholders, including SOCAR, driving favorable commercial outcomes and long-term cooperation
agreements.
• Provide leadership across all procurement and supply chain management (PSCM) activities for 14 new
build vessel projects, including sourcing strategy, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier

• Successfully managed $42 million budget projects and successfully achieved the project-scheduled goals
for Ro-pax Project.
• Provided a solution to the Cargo Lift platform supplier to suit owner`s request, when it was not available in
market for Ro-Pax project
• Coordinated activities of in-house trades and construction staff and outside contractors assigned to
projects to ensure compliance with specifications and project completion timetables.
• Prepared range of Execution plan and Method statement that led to the company winning offshore
projects and ship repair barges.
• Developed detail design team, which is able to produce calculation/drawings for the vessel until 200 m.
• Developed R&D innovation team: implemented more than 10 innovation to shipyard
