 Instrumentally preparing, processing and executing orders on the basis of orders and forecast received from our distributors in UAE, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Iran and USA;
 Maintaining effective coordination with the with planning, Shipping and warehouse department of the plants in UAE, Sri Lanka and China to ensure that the customer orders are shipped/ delivered within the standard lead time as per the forecast and orders placed by customer;
 Liaising with 3rd party inspection companies, including SGS, Cotecna and BVI for the issuance of COC certificates, Inspection certificates, Analysis certificates complying with the customer requirement;
 Maintaining seamless interaction with relationship with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Customs, Ministry of Environment and water for the issuance of certificates like health certificate, Phytosanitary certificates, Certificate of origin etc.
 Meticulously managing the registration of new SKU’s developed for imports and exports, ensuring appropriate shipping documents are prepared as per the requirement of each customer and same has been sent on time to customers by Forwarders/by factory;
 Conducting monthly market visits and provided the management with monthly markets about the performance of our products, competitors’ products performance, new product launched and new promotions running in the markets etc.
 Generating and submitting MIS and Variance report to the Management; hold distinction in playing a vital role in coordinating with IT Dept. in updating the ERP package in line with the requirements.
 Successfully managing various prestigious distributors in the middle east including National Trading & Developing Est, UAE, Arabian Trading Supplies, Saudi Arabia, Boushahri Group, Kuwait, Bahar group, Iraq etc.

International Trade

•Responsible for handling Sales Prospects and also monitoring progress of the sales such as quotation, acceptance, Letter of Credits, production status, vessel berthing, Loading, Documentation, Arrival and Cargo collection by the consignee.

•Acting as a coordinator between factory and the end customer and ensuring that the customer orders are delivered as per order requirements of the customer and on time.

•Efficiently following up on Letter of credits, shipping documents, Vessel arrival, loading & on time departure from Origin also monitoring vessel arrival, documents dispatch to bank and cargo acceptance.

•Accountable for coordinating with Border Customs clearance Agents for smooth exporting / importing of the cargoes by land.

•Involved in the preparation of Bill of lading draft copy, certificate of origin, etc also coordinating with vessel agents / shipping companies for consignee changes (B/L switching).

•Adroitly coordinated with Insurance companies for arranging Marine Cargo Insurance with best possible rates..

•Liaison with third party inspection companies like SGS, BVI, Cotecna, etc for issuance of certificates required by the consignee and meeting the requirements of discharge port customs formalities.

Retail Trade

•Responsible for coordinating with the management and providing stock replenishment requirements for local trade.

•Skillfully coordinating with Transporting Companies, Clearing Agents, etc for the smooth delivery of cargoes to the customers as well as for getting cargoes into the warehouse during the imports.

•Cordinated with suppliers/ banks for getting import documents like certificate of origin, bill of lading, invoice & packing list.

•Efficiently coordinated with International banks in the process of stock financing, Stock pledging, getting the releases etc.

•Accountable for the preparation of LC documents for export shipments.

•Ensuring finalization of the import & export documents in line with Dubai Customs online (E-Mirsal 2) requirements
