Accomplish quarterly and year-end reports for several portfolios. Conduct financial statement and monthly variance analyses, as well as author memoranda for four portfolios. Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to organizing and filing loan documents as well as rendering direct assistance to the accounting manager and senior accountant. Utilize the following software applications and technology in accomplishing different tasks:
 PayPlus software in scanning and coding invoices
 Crystal Reports in generating and analyzing financial reports and statements of operations
 Excel spreadsheet in designing and updating accounts, cash reconciliation, and monthly distribution calculations
 CTI in creating and reviewing journal entries as well as printing accurate general ledgers
