▪ Prepare and arranging Documents for All Export.
▪ Vehicle Tracking.
▪ Downloading and Making Vehicle Tracking Report(Over Speed, Foul,
Standing, Ignition On and Off, Average and Total Distance, Seatbelt,
Running time, Idle Time, Working Hour).
▪ Documentation.
▪ Delivery Note Making From the ERP.
▪ Taking Order from the Routes.
▪ Collecting Production Forecast and sending email to the production and
others.
▪ Editing Transfer Order and Posting to ERP.
▪ Loading and Unloading HHC.
▪ Preparing HHC.
▪ Sending order sheet to the other depot
▪ Stock Control after sending goods and posting.
▪ Email Receiving and Sending.
Supervising the helpers for doing the work properly.
Duty time management for all.
Communicate with all.
Receiving garments products from the Production Area.
Export the products.
Delivery Note Making.
Receiving and Export Document save.
Inventory.
Arrange the helpers.
Duty time set of all helpers.
Documentation.
