Foster the flow of incoming/outgoing correspondence whilst also being required at times to assist with whole-of-
organization correspondence coordination.

Conducts training sessions related to required data collection techniques.
Identifies, suggests and coordinates various performance improvement initiatives.
Participates in performance improvement teams.
Coordinates the drafting of the reports and documents.
Monitors documents for quality assurance within the department.
Builds future oriented community within the department in the area of QA.
Reports of the program progress, reports all identified concerned situations or
risk and reports all program achievement in quarterly base to the Department chair.
Ensures compliance with the local and international accreditation agencies requirements.
Participates in facilitating program level, continuous survey preparedness.
Coordinates the quality review and update of all accreditation required documents/forms.
