-Establishes an effective communication system to ensure the smooth delivery of HR services and maintains a good relationship with employees.
-Prepares complete and updated files for all employees.
-Coordinates with other units of Human Capital to solve employee issues and respond to their inquiries.
-Assesses and proposes areas of improvement of HR related activities within QM.
-Acts as the focal point in receiving applicant CVs from the Talent Acquisition team and forwarding them to Line Managers for review and feedback.
-Coordinates the on-boarding and induction of new employees with the On-boarding & Induction team.
-Works closely with line managers to explain and implement HR policies and procedures
-Provides MIA management with regular reports on recruitment, HC requests, staff accommodation, attendance, salaries status.
-Analyzes training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
-*Provides guidance on elements of employment legislation with regards to employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
-Make sure employees comply with HC regulations, understand their rights and their obligations.
-Studies employees status and request changes whenever needed.
