As a Personal Assistant to the Area Director of Finance
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizes the Financial Controller’s correspondence and appointments.
Takes minutes of meetings when needed.
Keeps a comprehensive filing system.
Answers the telephone and puts through to the financial controller only calls considered important.
Screens visitors (Outsiders or Hotel Employees) access to the Financial Controller Office, doing her utmost to answer to requests from such visitors on behalf of the financial Controller help.
Follows up on contracts related to insurance and other services as well as insurance claims.
Distributes all reports issued from Accounting.
Prepare all required correspondence to banks (money transfers, inquiries etc…).
Keeps a schedule of repainting deadlines and follows up with concerned persons so that such deadlines are met.
Assists all departments supervised by the Financial Controller with correspondence and other work as required.
Performs any other duties as required.
Follows up to sign all the checks and reports which related to the finance department.
Preparing the attendant sheet.
Preparing monthly report.
Preparing and follow-up Memo, Internal and External mail.
