Responsibility: * Handling all the communication, problem solving for all employees complains
* Handing proper communication with the immigration department regards employees and guest visas
* Assists the Training manager in the preparation of her training materials
* Handles overall personnel files of the Hotel employees and strictly maintains the confidentiality of all the employees' salaries and allowances and other pertinent records
* Prepares monthly reports
* Prepares certificates of employment of employees concerned
* Handles a preliminary interview of walk-in applicants and endorses Qualified ones to the Department/Division Heads concerned
* Prepares the job offer of qualified applicants to be hired
* Maintains an accurate personnel file status of all the employees
* Prepares an employment contract for each newly hired staff
* Reviews/processes recommendations of different departments for promotions, transfers, performance appraisals and evaluations
* Maintains and updates files of the qualified applicants for future references
* Prepares and computes the vacation leave air ticket balances and arranges for their bookings and air tickets.
* Receives and distributes work papers and/or documents for every Department concerned
* Prepares the employee handbooks of the newly hired employees as well as introduction to all the Departments around the Hotel areas
* Arranges for the staff accommodation of the newly hired staff
* Coordinates with the other Departments regarding sick and vacation leaves of their respective staff
* Coordinates with the Liaison Officers regarding expiry and renewal dates of residencies, medical cards, passports
* Arranges the schedule of meetings, seminars and trainings to be conducted by training manager
* Organizes staff sports activities and annual parties and outings
* Prepares all inter-office correspondences/communications.
* In coordination with the liaison officer, prepare in and out correspondences to and from the hotel.
* Relieves the visa on line Supervisor during his absence
* Prepares IOC for staff who are scheduled to undergo medical/fingerprint and X-ray tests for Baladiya cards and for stamping the residency
