•After being with Page for 12 months I was promoted from Associate Consultant, to Consultant and finally to Senior Consultant.

• Full 360 Recruitment Consultant for IT Infrastructure covering the Midlands
• My clients included SME’s to large international organisations
• Throughout the 6 months that I worked for Hays I built up the IT Infrastructure desk by networking with new, old and existing clients. I updated the Hays database to collate a variety of candidates that were applicable to the Infrastructure roles that I recruited for.
•I booked, arranged and attended regular meetings to discuss the Hays brand and other services that we could offer. The clients ranged from IT managers to project managers through to directors and CEO’s of the company. I brought new local clients into the company and managed new roles effectively from advertising the positions, to regular aftercare with the clients.
•I managed the whole recruitment process solely from sifting through CV’s that were held on the Hays database and Job websites, interviewing potential candidates, initiating the appropriate testing, taking references and CRB/DBS checks if applicable, managed the paperwork and timesheets for each candidate and provided regular aftercare throughout the contract period.
