- Handling all outbound and inbound communication (email, calls and WhatsApp)

- Maintaining and recruiting new and existing customers at networking events

- Setting up appointments with our customers every week (Customers made up of Doctors, Sisters/Nurses and Pharmacists)
- Managing existing customers (My main focus was maintaining current VIP customers, building up relations and sales with our smaller to medium-sized customers)
- Detailing all my customers on new products that get launched (Especially products that would be seasonal launches like New flu and cold products in winter, Allergy products in Late Winter / Spring)
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding accounts - accounts and payments are monitored every month - Expert in conflict resolution
- Checking to see all our products that we are distributing looks clean and neat on the shelves in Pharmacies
- Contacting our suppliers for marketing information on certain products for our Pharmaceutical Magazine that goes out every two months. Choosing outlays, background pages and writing up a small insert in the index page
- Following up and cold calling potential new customers
Sales in monthly as well as seasonal promotion baskets (multi-faceted suppliers)

While in Zambia, I ran the SPCA in Chingola and was solely responsible for all staff management related activities like training, approving leave applications, paying mid-month salaries etc.
Other activities I was responsible for includes arranging and administering vaccinations and other basic medicines, acquiring quotes and purchasing of supplies and planning for charity drives and donations.

- Answering all calls and emails from Vets and consumers with regards to nutrition and behavior (24-hour turnaround time) - Creating sales with consumers and vets
- Dealing with rep, clinic and outlet queries
- Sales / pricing queries (Analyzing sales trends and pushing promotional sale items ie : Joint care in winter)
