Manager Direct Access, Global Compensation Planner, Honeywell Personal Development, Learning Management
System)
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
• Partner with managers to assess and identify human resource requirements, essential skill set and resource
planning.

With a workforce of more than 1600 employees distributed among 14 divisions the following were key focus
areas:
• Worked closely with management and employees on all grievance issues within the company.
• Worked closely with senior management to identity, develop and implement training and development
programs in line with the business objectives.
• Assisted the HR manager with staff inductions for new staff and exit interviews
Prepared credit proposals on companies in the MENA region and submitted reports on potential customers and
credit approvals.
• Approved of loans to SME’s up to 100K Bahraini Dinars.
• Conducted analysis, models and presentations.
• Participated in Graduate Development Program: An extensive training program that comprises of circulation
different department each week and prepares reports for reflections.
