• Operating and handling audio/visual equipment
• Supervising a team of audio technicians and assisting them where required
• Managing the technicalities of sound recording process and live shows
• Setting up and maintaining audio/visual equipment for special events.
• Coordinating with clients and inspecting the show venue for installing audio equipment.
• Worked closely with musicians and record producers to achieve the highest quality end product.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with potential contacts to understand their hardware/software requirements
• Give quotation to client based on client requirement and negotiate with them.
• Pitch USP’s and deliver sales pitch through presentations to prospective clients to affect sales of our product line.
• Designing customized Time and Attendance solutions for our clients using biometrics (Fingerprint/Facial Recognition) and Smart Cards to manage the attendance of employees spread across various locations, branches and departments.
• Designing Access Control Systems using biometrics (Fingerprint/Facial Recognition) and Smart Cards to restrict/authorize selected personnel to enter a specific area.
• Handling the sales and on site maintenance of Smart Card readers and printers.
• Handling the execution of designed project at customer premises in line with the solution design & customer expectation.
• Providing on/off site support to the client’s satisfaction.
• Maintaining the quality of the end product.
• Become the Point of Contact for client from pre-sale to post-sale and liaison with other technical team/management for issues in their domain.
• Build rapport with existing wholesale/retail clients for cross selling/upselling opportunities in the future.

A comprehensive review of project management such as methodology, tool sets and documentation, and the project life cycle including analysis, planning, design and evaluation.
Pursued a two year degree course and achieved a degree in Audio production and Engineering from Middlesex University, United Kingdom.
Pursued a four year degree course and achieved a degree in Electronics Instrumentation and Control from Thapar University Patiala, India.
