Project Coordinator/ Recruiter

Review outsourcing contracts, PO’s and costing sheets, required Job Descriptions and discuss details with Business Development Manager.
Prepare needed documentation to initiate recruitment and ensure obtaining the needed approvals.
Follow up on client invoicing and resolving any billing issues.
Ensure executing all project terms signed with client and raise any issues to management
Communicate with client to discuss needs, follow up on feedback and applicant selection updates.
Coordinate with Human Resources on the recruitment and joining of outsourced employees, personnel and HR requirements, as well as convey any updates related to their employment status
Coordinate with PRO on visa and residency requirements for outsourced applicants and
Coordinate with Admin Assistants on travel and logistics arrangements.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and recruitment agencies.
Source and screen talent, and coordinate with recruitment agencies and client on applicant, interviews, tests and obtaining feedback.
Update candidates and recruitment agencies on application progress.
Follow up on outsourced employees well-being and assist them with any job related requirements.
Follow up with client and outsourced employees on time sheets, project schedules and required periodic reports.
Ensure project related documents and information are complete, up to date and organized as needed.
