- Use various portals to headhunt and source CV’s
- Screen and shortlist applications for various positions across schools
- Conduct preliminary interviews and pre-screens
- Coordinate and partaking in assessment centers and panel interviews for selected
candidates
- Handle complete onboarding process for successful candidates
- Prepare offer letters and contracts
- Manage the recruitment process to exceed hiring goals
- Design and implement overall recruitment strategy
- Develop and update Job Descriptions & Job Specifications
- Work with the Sourcing Team to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role
- Nurture my network to develop referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires
- Perform Job and task analysis to document job requirements
- Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the HR Director
- Provide reporting and regular status updates to the HR Director and Hiring Manager as required
- Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices
- Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process
- Other related Recruitment tasks as required
- Deal with employees’ issues and concerns regarding UAE labor law
- Keep a record of employees’ files
- Coordinate with the PRO for visa process
- Keep a track of the attendance and leave records
