Responsibilities:
• Leading Full Presales Life Cycle (Requirements Gathering, Preparing Solution Design/ Features Lists/ Technical Proposals/ Efforts Estimations/ Time Plans/ Financial Proposals/ Demos/ Presentations)
• Working closely with Sales Team to develop finalize and close deals within a healthy timeframe
• Follow-up with Partners and Customers to ensure that all project stakeholders’ business and technical inquiries related to the bid are covered and responded to.
Areas of Experience:
• Designing solutions based on various technologies including (MS Dynamics, Microsoft Azure, O365, SharePoint Online, Mobile (iOS, Android), Sitecore Platform, Nintex Workflows, and Chatbots using MS Bot Framework).
• Building Solutions Demos and Click-Throughs using full business scenarios for each Customer
• Building close relationships with current customers and open new opportunities to cover arising needs
• Working closely with the Technical Team communicating customers’ needs converting them into new features
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients to gather their technical and business requirements
• Provide Technical and Financial proposals in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
• Develop and Conduct Solution Presentations/Demos to clients and internally to other teams
• Work with Product Team to feedback on current products and provide input for new products features
• Work with Technical Teams to deliver the suitable budget and sizing of the proposed solution
• Conduct RFIs, RFPs and RFQs
Areas of Experience:
• Designing solutions based on Esri GIS Technology (Geographic Information Systems) to help customers translate their vast amounts of data into meaningful spatial information displayed on maps where they can use rich data analytics to make decisions
• Building Solutions Demos and Presentations using full business scenarios for each customer
Roles:
- Analyzing and understanding customer requirements.
- Supporting sales executives by creating technical proposals and presentations and managing customers' inquires.
- Offering Presales support for current and new customers.
- Assisting and participating in developing RFI, RFP and RFQ responses.
- Providing feedback on the releases of new EsriNeA products.
- Investigating new technologies.
- Communicating with various internal teams to deliver a complete, high quality final deliverable.
