Accomplishments:

 One of the trainees in Albatross hotel was promoted after she passed the course with Excellent.
 One of the students in Sonesta hotel was an order taker and her level of English was very weak but by the end of the course she was highly developed that is why she got a promotion and became an assistant manager.
 99% of the trainees who attended the classes were highly developed and felt a great difference in their personalities and ability to handle different situations.
