• Maintaining personnel records and update them when needed.
• Checking the employees Attendance/ Absence on monthly basis.
• Assisting Accounting Department with the monthly payroll.
• Creating and Developing the Employee Handbook and HR policies & procedures.
• Preparing Management Reports related to the Performance Management, Employee Relations and Exit Interviews, as well HR Audit, gathering and analyzing data, providing suggestions and remedial action plan.
• Ensuring recruitment of high caliber Employees to help achieve the business targets, within budgeted staffing plans.
• Establishing connections and work relations with several local Universities, recruitment agencies and training centers.
• Headhunting potential candidates when needed.
• Provide support to line managers on recruitment matters when needed.
• Helping employees in solving work problems and complains.
• Improving the organization wage and salary structure.
• Organizing employees’ contracts.
• Organizing internal and external training sessions, workshops, conferences, and seminars on specific needs.
• Establishing the salary scale and grading system of the company and Identify benefits per grades.
• Performing other HR duties as needed.
Organizing work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
Procurement, maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Export LCL /Container: execute export procedures, organizing all the tasks related to export.
And in general, assisting group CEO.
